That would be me, Chantal Strasburger! An Austin, Texas native who’s back home after five years in Brooklyn and a year in the UK (where RR was founded, hence the “co.uk”). Having worked for Nylon Magazine, Teen Vogue, and Sweet (a joint venture between Snapchat and Hearst), I now spend my days making Chantal Ceramics and trying to keep on top of the latest memes and political chaos that is America.

Step 1. Pick a very simple line drawing or phrase you like—it could be a song lyric, an inside joke, or your rallying cry. If it’s a gift for someone, I recommend a text they once sent you that’s just extremely *them* (that’s how this whole “Read Receipts” thing started).
